| Billy is an unassuming, awkward (not shy, but not socially adept) man of a slight figure and fair complexion and hair. He has various nervous tics, though he uses. Dr Horrible doesn't look much different from Billy, aside from the lab coat and the gloves and goggles. Dr Horrible appears to be more self confident though he's really just as bumbling as his other personality. He is a genius, of the scatterbrained variety |

| Dr. Horrible is the Villain and Billy is the secret identity - they are, as of the first and second acts, closely tied, without much difference in personality or motive. Dr. Horrible is trying to get into the Evil League of Evil and, with the help of his moisture buddy, (who is in the Henchmen's Union), Moist, must go about several heists, robberies, and murders in order to appease the Thoroughbred of Sin, Bad Horse. In the meantime he has to defeat his arch nemesis, Captain Hammer who, by the way, has stolen the girl of his dreams. |
| Motivation |
Dr Horrible/Billy's motives are more for change than they are for true evilness. He wants to change the world, and to cut of the metaphorical head of the diseased fish that is humanity. He is not true evil, because he is the symbol change- Its Captain Hammer, the "good guy", that is really the villain in this story, not only to our protagonist, but because he is indeed a "Corporate tool". Dr. Horrible is the socialist working class revolutionary. And/or fascist. who knows. Billy comes from the end of Act II. |
